ARTIST PROGRAMS

Our Artist Programs are designed to bring together filmmakers, artists, industry leaders and local audiences, forming a creative community on the coast of Maine that nurtures the careers of diverse nonfiction storytellers and helps them develop a stronger artistic voice.

Artist Programs Info Session + Q&A

Curious about one of the Points North Artist Programs? Check out this recording of the PNI Artist Programs hour long Info Session.

You’ll hear information about the Points North Fellowship, our flagship program where filmmakers work with mentors to develop their feature doc pitches, leading up to the live Points North Pitch; the North Star Fellowship, where interdisciplinary artists from historically marginalized backgrounds have the opportunity to discuss and develop the future of nonfiction storytelling practice; and the LEF/CIFF Fellowship, a creative retreat designed to support feature filmmakers living and working in New England.

Questions can be directed to Cam Howard, Program Coordinator, at [email protected].
