Marley McDonald is a filmmaker, animator, and painter living in Brooklyn, New York. Her production company, Unimercial Studios, has released both fiction and nonfiction films, which have received moderate to severe acclaim. In 2015, she co-directed “Won’t Pipe Down,” which won Short Form Video Honorable Mention from the Broadcast Education Association and Student Filmmaker Award from Wild and Scenic Film Festival. Her most recent film “The Natural Museum of History” has been selected to play at Anthology Film Archives as part of NewFilmmakers NY. Her experimental work has showcased on NoBudge (virtual), Spectacle Theater (NYC), and Court Square Theater (VA). Her associate editor work includes Spaceship Earth, which premiered at Sundance Film Festival 2020, and the upcoming untitled Laura Poitras project.

Brian Becker is a New York-based filmmaker and producer who makes archival documentaries that highlight forgotten narratives of American culture. He was shortlisted for the 2021 FOCAL Jane Mercer Researcher of the Year Award and most recently served as archival producer on MLK/FBI and story producer/archival producer on Spaceship Earth. Both films were nominated for the 2021 Critics’ Choice Award for Best Archival Documentary and MLK/FBI was selected as the winner. He began his career on the Oscar-winning O.J.: Made in America and has worked on the television projects The Fourth Estate and Bobby Kennedy for President. Before turning to production, he worked as an urban ecologist with an expertise in invasive mosquito populations.
