FAQS

How does pre-registration for screenings work?

Details on how to pre-register for your screenings as a passholder will be emailed to you in early August. Once the CIFF program is announced, passholders will have specific windows to pre-register for their desired screenings. All passholders will be able to change their tickets/plans and attend events (that they did not pre-register for) as space allows.

What happened to Festival / Screenings passes?

Due to more limited space than ever at our venues, we’ve decided instead to offer Virtual Passes to our audiences who are all about the films. If you’d like to attend a live screening, advance tickets will be available to all in-person CIFF films, so you’ll still be able to nab a seat in the live CIFF audience.

How do I stream the CIFF Virtual Festival?

The virtual festival can be found on the homepage of our eventive CIFF app or at our virtual festival site directly.

For questions regarding streaming the festival on your device, please the eventive FAQs page.

How does pre-registration for screenings work?
