GREENSBORO: CLOSER TO THE TRUTH

ABOUT

On November 3rd, 1979, five members of the Communist Workers Party were gunned down by members of the Klu Klux Klan during an anti-Klan rally in Greensboro, North Carolina. Although several news crews had captured the event on tape, no shooters were ever convicted. From 2003-2006, documentarian Adam Zucker followed the efforts of a “Truth and Reconciliation” group commissioned by survivors to re-investigate the killings.
