Jeff Malmberg is a documentary filmmaker whose debut film "Marwencol" won over two dozen awards, including two Independent Spirit Awards. He received a Guggenheim Fellowship for his second film, “Spettacolo”, which was nominated for a Critics Choice Award for Best Documentary. He was nominated for an American Cinema Editors award for editing Morgan Neville’s documentary “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” which was released by Focus Features. Most recently, he co-directed and edited “Shangri-La”, a four-part series for Showtime for which he received a Grammy nomination for Best Music Film.
