Bentley Brown began making films while growing up in Chad. Working frequently in Arabic and French on the subjects of global mobility, disidentification, and belonging, his past films include 'Revolution From Afar' (Maine IFF 2022), 'First Feature' (IFFR 2019), and 'Oustaz' (Berlinale 2016). Brown holds a PhD in Emergent Technologies and Media Art Practices at the University of Colorado-Boulder.
