Processes within the communities of: The Association of Indigenous Authorities “4 de Noviembre” Indigenous Reserve, The Wayuu Peoples Communications School, and the Wayuu Peoples Communications Network, as well as technical support for the National Commission of Indigenous Communication CONCIP in representation of the communications council of the National Indigenous Organization of Colombia – ONIC.
