Hwangsa

HWANGSA is a cinematic portrait of enormous dust storms, hazardous air quality, and the stories of the people along the path of the dust as it travels around the globe. Touching down in cities and towns from the Taklamakan Desert of Western China to the shores of California, we meet eight characters confronted by the dust, from its most monstrous form as a devastating storm to its tiniest incarnation as a speck studied under a microscope.
