Call for Submissions: CMG Action Grant — up to $10,000 for your environmental short film
For the second year, Points North Institute is partnering with the Conservation Media Group to award a CMG Action Grant of up to $10,000 at this year’s Camden International Film Festival. The grant is open to projects from filmmakers and organizations alike that use short film or video to create measurable actions related to the themes Healthy Oceans or Renewable Energy Solutions. Three CMG Action Grant finalists will be selected to attend CIFF, where the winner will be announced. Travel, accommodations, and a festival pass will be provided for all finalists.
At the 2015 CIFF, three CMG Action Grants were awarded to SUNCATCHER by Shalina Kantayya (7th Empire Media), PICK IT UP! by Razan Ghalayini, and A TALE OF PLASTIC by Tierney Thys and Noe Sardet (Parafilms).
